"I fell in love with this place the first time I visited. The studios are really "mini one bedrooms which I haven't seen in other places... I am on my second apartment here, a studio and now a one bedroom, and both apartments were pretty much spotless when I moved in. Every time I have called maintenance they have been on the case - usually the same day, for sure by the next. The office staff - Lindsay and Jan - answer my emails promptly and return calls same day. I say all this obvious stuff because I have lived in apartments in Madison where you couldn't rely on any of this stuff! Lindsay has been especially helpful during my move - she showed me a number of apartments and didn't get annoyed when I passed on them..."
